I guess I've been on a sabbatical from blogging for the last few months. Its too hard to play catch up with everything, so I'll just update from Christmas on with some pictures.
We went to Circus Circus and watched a few circus acts. Kaya thought they were pretty cool.
Here is Kaya "riding" a motorcycle in the arcade area.
We took a trip to Las Vegas for Jeremy's Grandma's funeral and made a mini vacation out of it while we were at it. Jer's parents rented this really cool house with a pool and we were able to relax and enjoy a few days with the family.
Kaya attempting to hold Kodi at the tailgate party before the game. And apparently licking her hand for some strange reason. Hopefully she wasn't thinking about biting it, but we can't be certain.
Kaya loves corn on the cob. Jeremy and Kaya went to the game and Kaya loved it. She cheers them on by saying, "Go Utes!"
We all went to the Health and Safety Fair up here at the U and Kaya had a blast, except for Curious George. She loves the cartoon but apparently seeing a huge dressed up monkey just wasn't her thing. She absolutely loved the cheerleaders and after she got down from doing the 'stunt', she ran up to me saying, "I did it! I did it!". We may have a future cheerleader on our hands.
These are just some random pictures I've taken over the last 5 weeks. The ones with Kodi in the blue outfit are the newest if you can't tell by her chubbiness.
Baby Kodi came to us on 8/12/08 weighing 5 lbs 5 oz. She is perfect in every way. We are planning on leaving the hospital today (8/13) and Jen will put up more info and more pics.
Jeremy and I have been married for almost five years and have one daughter Kaya who is two years old and another daughter Kodi who was born this August. Jeremy just finished his second year of Medical School here at the University of Utah with two more years to go.
